Access AgentGroups in the Smart Designer

Hi,
I like to access the agentgroups tags in the designer and use a slot for a behavior, but they are not visible inside the datasources. (see image)
How can I get them available in the designer?

Kind regards,
Bert

Right click on the AdroitR1 (adroit data source) and pick “show hidden slots”

I don’t have that option when I right click.

Try “include header slots”

I’ve selected ‘Include Header Slots’ as you can see in the image.
But what should happen when I’ve selected that option, should the ‘AgentGroup’ tag appear inside the datasource?
That’s not clear to me.
(Just ot be sure: I’ve added an image from the Configurator to show you which tags I need.)

Kind regards, Bert

Agent Groups should actually appear as separate “types” of agents. What is the version you are using?

Certain agent group members will not be visible in the Enterprise Manager, however, you can still manually type the tag name into the behaviour i.e. Adroit.Digital.NumberOfMembers etc.

I’ve tried it and it worked. :+1:
So everything I see in the classic configurator is usable for behaviours, selectable and/or manually, but not always visible in the datasources.
Thank you for clarifying
