An unknown agent configuration dialog

When the Configurator is unable to find the actual dialog for the agent type which is typically contained within the agent DLL itself, then the generic agent dialog is displayed.

In this case, since these agent slots are those of a DBAccess agent this implies that the Configurator is unable to find t_dbaccess.dll.


This is typically caused by the path to the Adroit system folder being incorrect or is not specified in the “Path” environmental variable of this computer (or when the applicable agent DLL file has been deleted)

To determine if the Adroit system (installation) folder IS in the “Path” environmental variable:
Open a Command Prompt window (in Windows 8.1 or later right click the Windows Start button and select Command Prompt)
Type in PATH and press ENTER.
The “Path” environmental variable of this computer should specify the Adroit installation folder, which is typically: “c:\program files (x86)\adroit technologies\adroit”.
