I need assistance extracting all agents with their,opc address and configuration ie engineering ranges.
Is there a tool that I can use?

Best would be Excel Add-in if you have MS Office. It’s part of additional tools installation
If not, then in agent configurator you can do always export to csv (in file tab), selecting agent types that you want to export and also Device agent tab for additional bindings between agents and opc addresses.
