How to re-add the “when changed” option in the scheduling and triggering dialog of the DBAccess agent in the Classic UI

If the “when changed” option is not available as a condition in the scheduling and triggering dialog of the DBAccess agent in the Classic UI.
This is caused by a faulty translation file. To fix the symptom, do the following on each affected Adroit Classic UI

  1. Stop the UI
    
  2. Open the adroit_translation.csv in notepad
  3. Search for the text “when changed” … this should got the line that starts as with “when changed” followed by a comma i.e. when changed, ……
  4. Delete this line
  5. Save the CSV file
  6. Restart the UI

Copy this CSV file to any other Classic UIs if required and restart those Adroit Classic UIs too.
