Regional Settings

Please note that the combined regional settings of “Decimal separator” = comma as well as “Digit grouping symbol” = period (dot) is an invalid configuration and will cause number to string conversion operations within Adroit to convert incorrectly. This cannot be corrected by the Adroit development team as the conversion operation is controlled by Microsoft code.

“Decimal separator” = period (dot) and “Digit grouping symbol” = comma is a valid configuration

By default, Windows uses a space for the “Digit grouping symbol” and we suggest customers leave it as such especially when you have “Decimal separator” = comma

Additionally, there is a possibility that decimal number formatting will apply the symbol associated with currency. It is therefore advisable to ensure that the same decimal symbol be applied to currency settings as well.
